Cheap enough that I didn't care if they got..umm...messy...but they made me feel cute for visitors on the second day of my hospital stay. And the best thing a friend told me about: Depends! Sounds crazy, but I felt so much more comfortable and secure in a pair of Depends (after the first day) then I did in those mesh panty/huge pad combos that made me feel like something was going to fall out of my pants in front of my visitors :)Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09525890489342635502noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302096474119021505.post-82176483027800711402011-12-27T19:39:12.894-08:002011-12-27T19:39:12.894-08:00I was so glad I had my robe!! I didn't use the socks I brought or all the comfy outfits. I was in my robe a lot:)Mrs. Maxsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12936414052254963022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302096474119021505.post-61003453057119520812011-12-26T18:00:20.364-08:002011-12-26T18:00:20.364-08:00The best thing I took to the hospital this time wa...The best thing I took to the hospital this time was given to me by Melinda. It was a packet of facial cleansing wipes. Little did I know just how helpful they would be...you know, seeing as I couldn't really get up and wash my face whenever I wanted! ;) They made me feel clean and fresh (on my face and neck, at least), and I loved them. I brought all the usual stuff, too...but these were priceless. :)Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13778738125321483117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302096474119021505.post-51203972320070833572011-12-26T16:40:05.769-08:002011-12-26T16:40:05.769-08:00Love the box of chocolates idea! My own pillow for comfort, a camera, batteries, cell phone and charger, snacks, clorox wipes (because the hospital freaks me out), and don't forget your ID and insurance cards. Oh! And a birth plan, if you have one. Maybe quarters for drinks/vending machine. And lastly, I took a small box of chocolates for the nurses. ;) Can't hurt to butter them up and thank them for all their help. GOOD LUCK!EmilyBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14577213193139008368noreply@blogger.com
